We got this thing to tow our boat but figured it might as well be my car too! Bought it for 8 grand! Had to fix some stuff! Its really fun to drive! Its an amazing first car to have!

I had it in high school and 1 year of college. Had some suspension issues but it was otherwise VERY reliable. Somewhat rough riding, we occasionally called it the potato wagon... never really bothered me.
Pros:
Reliability, room for stuff, looked good
Cons:
the suspension fix was expensive, rides like a truck

Vehicle was powerful before the 90,000 mile service. It drives through deep snow, wet or powder, without any hesitation. Highway riding is comftable with the right tires. I like a dependable vehicle and this Toyota is built well.
Cons:
high step to get into the driver`s seat
