| “All American Supercar” Read a damn Car and Driver
Pros —
Neck Snapping Acceleration, same for people turning heads to look at it. On Rails Handeling. Sex Appeal. There really are too many things to list.
Cons —
A Corvette makes for a good story between two cops sharing dougnuts.

| “Very Tight Well Running Car” The car had 14576 miles on it when I bought the car on July 29, 2006, it now has 17300 miles on it and still looks brand new. Extremely, tight a few minor things need attention but it is 14 years new and still she runs like a top.

I have had vettes since 16. (Paid $1,600 used.) I am now 57 & just sold my 1984 to buy a 1997, new look don,t you know. Well I searched (buying a used Vette? Do your research friend) & searched & on the last day found a pristine 1994 convertable. Also found a 1997 sporting a two thousand $ speed detacter. Well I kept comparing the two, the body style & I be danged but the C-4 just flat out outshinned the C-5. So I flew two thousand miles & drove it. WOW! Is all I can say. The car had everything on it, everything you could order on a car today even. Speed=to burn (& you could do that...burn for it.) Looks=to die for. Class=James Bond. So I drove her home. Two thousand miles. There is a story here but I do not have the space for it here. Needless to say I left the Er brake (no this is not the story:) on & burned out the rear brake. Cost=$100. Blew out the rear window going to fast. Cost=350. All those miles later pulled into my winding driveway & forget to engage the Er brake again. Took a nap & glanced out the window at my prize & it was GONE, I yelled to my wife. We rushed out. There she was nesteled between two trees. She had rolled down the winding driveway & steered herself between the trees. I smiled at her fondly, That one is a keeper, I said to my wife. |
