The ultimate shag-wagon of the early 90s!! My red monster was notorious for the poor quality of Ford built transmissions. I replaced the transmission twice and when I purchased it used, it was on it's 2nd or 3rd already. But, the engine was still kicking just fine even after 158,000 miles as many Taurus owners can attest, that was the car's greatest asset. I loved my wagon most because of the space. I could haul around my whole quartet easily. The V6 was not very powerful and had abysmal mileage, but it got me where I needed to go. Overall, it was a fine little vehicle.

Space........the final frontier.
Cons:
Just throwing money at the transmission the moment of purchase, it will desensitize you for when it blows up the first time.
