2005 BMW 325i Reviews

Second hand with 20,000km already in mileage; it still handles fast and solid thanks to its German built engine. Great for a first car to take to school from now and then. Overall car performance;  fast, light and easy to maneuver!  

Performance is decent with power from a 2.5litre Injection BMW. 1st gear is a short ratio which redlines too quickly. 3rd gear sees the car display great levels of torque which throw you back in the seat. The Hard sports suspension and lowered body means you'll grip well to the road but feel every bump. Build quality is solid, which you can tell from the driving response but seems volatile as the EMS light keeps coming on. The Run flat tires are the worst for cost of ownership. I don't know enough to put an educated review.  the car handles well, was not so expensive and feels strong reliable and good on gas

great stability, great response of engine, good lighting, great brakes, everything good so far

albeit the Australian version i drive, i assume they are very similar cars, i have M3 wheels on mine so i think it tends to make steering heavy when parking and might put additional strain on the power steering pump which might lead to it wearing out prematurely, i have noticed they are much cheaper in the US (where i currently live) back home they are incredibly over priced and all options on the car are ridiculously expensive (3200 thousand for sat nav etc) but the equipment level seems to be fairly reasonable, sunroof, leather, dual zone climate control, nice little features such as you can choose whether you want the air that points on to your face to be hot or cold digital HDTV through the LCD (in aus anyway) not to mention a LCD screen screen that actually works in direct sunlight, nice driving position as long as you are not to tall, decent leg for rear passengers again head room might be an issue in the back if your over or near 6 foot like me over bumps i hit my head, and a decent boot. Even with the Larger wheels the ride in the car is still smooth and handling crisp, clean and complaint especially with the extra grip the wheels provide, the brakes are smooth and progressive and provide more than ample stopping power, ABS and Traction Control don't cut in to early, it seems to be reasonable fuel efficient (10 or so Litres per 100km city and highway combined) over all a very lovely car although that being said from other people who have driven/own them they seem to say that that don't have a soul and are lacking character which is a good way to describe how and how i felt after driving one, great car didn't miss a beat, just lacks soul.
