 I only tested the 2007 Corvette as part of a Fourm I have written. The sales manager at the dealership allowed me to take a short drive in a 07 Vette. It was everything I thought it would be and more. It is like driving a rocketship. I really could not find anything bad to say about the car at all. I'ts well designed, FAST, easy to drive, comfortable(believe it or not). I am thinking of maybe a second mortgage that should be enough to get the payments to my pay scale. My hat is off to those lucky enough to own an 07 Vette. Now if I can just find someone to let me test the ZO6 my trip will be complete. :) |

 Absolute perfection for the price! I wanted to get the Z06, but a stock Vette is really such overkill for me that I decided to save a few bucks. I added on the Z51 performance package and it handles absolutely great. |

The Vette is a real kick in the pants to drive and probably the most "bang for your buck!" I have been most impressed with the car's balance of comfort and performance. In addition, she has (almost) more power than you can ask for in a street car.

Balance of performance and power
Cons:
Can't think of anything (cooled seats would have been nice but that might be asking too much)

if you don't have a vette you wish you did and if you say i am lying you are not being honest. It's even more amazing then you can dream of it being. get one it doesn't matter what year only a vette is a vette.

The acceleration would be amazing, there is the kick back facotr which is always nice. it is am aerodynamic car and will allow pretty much anyone to get to 200 mph. It is a very fun car to drive anywhere. Amazing

Performance – outstanding acceleration, very solid braking, handling is tight but the steering feel takes getting used to. Not the same feel as an M3.
Pros:
as far as performance cars go, best bang for the buck by far.
Cons:
can't drive it in winter

Amazing handling combined with excellent performance. By far the best vehicle built by GM. The Z51 model has cross drilled rotors for better braking and a stiffer suspension. The car is a thrill a minute and it is a great car to commute to work in. You leave a lot of traffic behind you.
Pros:
Great car, that is fun to drive
Cons:
I would love to own the Z06 or the ZR1

I wanted to love this car. I really did. But any of the raw, race car feel that was present with the C5 Z06 was erased in this car. I equate this to a very fast Cadillac. The steering is abysmal for a car of its capabilities. Because of its numbness, you are never able to gauge what the car is doing and where its limits are. It is, however, a fantastic daily driver. I just could not love it.
Pros:
Massive torque, triathalon capabilities, comfortable ride, good highway gas mileage
Cons:
Poor/slow steering feel, mushy chassis feel, poor lateral support on seats, isolates the driving experience, dull GM interior

It was a dream for my dad to own a Corvette and he was never fortunate enough to own one. Im glad that I could fulfill my dads dream. The power is great and doesnt drive uncomfortably, which is a surprise to most. It's my baby and I love it!
