| “Ok Old Truck” Reviewing:
1996 Used Chevrolet Tahoe 4 Dr LS 4WD SUV
I like the truck, but I am ready for a change up. Its lost its newness. The gas mileage is horrible but it comes with the vehicle, i knew that when I bought it, but the truck is very solid and reliable. With it being older it can come up with a shopping list when it goes in the shop.
Pros —
Towing, 4x4 capabilities, comforting easy ride
Cons —
Gas mileage, tire wear.

I love the roomy interior and comfortable seating. Only wish it had a third seat.

Great car to do a home improvement project, tow, 4X4, plenty of power. Looks good. Sporty rare with Z71 package. Breaks suck. You have to be carefull driving. Its not a car. Its a heavy ass truck.

1996 Used Chevrolet Tahoe 2 Dr LT 4WD SUV
This truck is great! We have some 36 inch SUPER SWAMPERS for it (there are not pictured here), plus it has a 6 inch lift. Obiously great offroad and on for that matter. I got hit in my right side in this truck by a Honda Civic a few years back, the girl said she didn't see me in front of her (what is she blind?), so my rear right tire drove over her front hood after she hit my side with her front! My then 2 1/2 year old son LOVED it! he thought we were a monster truck! so I concider it very safe. it's great being up off the ground like that away from all the crazies like that girl!
Pros —
it does surprisingly well on gas. parts are not as pricey. it's super fun to drive!
Cons —
it's an automatic. i wish it was a stick shift! it has some minor issues that need to be worked out from sitting for a while in my yard. it's 2 door, i wish it was a 4 door.

the Tahoe is an amazing beast of an suv. i rear ended a car going 45 mph and all i needed was a new fog light.

they are VARY strong and have loads of power
