The all new CR-V debuted in 2007. They made minor refinement changes for 08 that were enough to make me take the plunge.

The 160bhp 4cyl does a good job considering the size of the vehicle and does exceptionally well on gas when traveling.  Hwy MPG averages about 28 and tops out around 30.  City driving takes a hit as I average about 21mpg around town.

The small fuel tank can be a bit aggravating, but if you take the time to top it off you can get about 17 gal in the tank.  I think the tank is rated at 15 gal, but the pump consistently turns off at 13 or 14 gal. You can go an extra 90 to 100 miles if you top the tank off.

So far I have no complaints about build quality and I have about 22k miles on it since Dec 07.

The CR-V is hands down the best looking crossover vehicle in it's class. However Honda's love for Grey or Black interiors leaves little to the imagination.  

The Green CR-V with Tan Leather interior gives it the feel of a high end luxury X-SUV. Good luck finding a Green CR-V with Navigation tho.  After looking for 2 weeks for a Green CR-V with Navi I gave up and settled for the Blue exterior with the Leather appointed boring grey interior.

The CR-V drives and handles exactly how you would expect it to. This does however make it a bit boring to drive around town unless you really put your foot on the gas.

My biggest gripe is that with all the technology of the voice activated climate control and navigation, there is NO BLUETOOTH OPTION! This alone makes me want to trade it in on the New Honda Accord.  If i didnt need the extra cargo space for work I'd be at the dealership today!

Overall it's a great vehicle that is sure to hold it's value well beyond payoff.  It would be nice to see Honda put the Accords 190bhp engine in the CR-V  and a bluetooth hands free option. Other than that it's happy trails.

Bought this car in mid of 2008, at first I was expecting for a New Honda Civic, however due to the technical dealership problems, I thought it was better off to have a Honda CRV instead. Overall this is a great car, I also have the initial 2001 Honda CRV, both reflects the powerful and dynamic characteristics.

The performance is amazing considering a 4 cylinder SUV, it accelerates quickly and the handling is amazing. The build quality is top notch, from the paint finish to the sturdieness of the doors. There are no squeaks or rattles of any sort. The appearence is top notch, looking very classy on the outside and inside. The cost of ownership is very little as the gas mileage is high for a 4 wheel drive and it is a Honda so it has very little maintenence needs. It is a very fun car to drive and I love my car.

I JUST LOVE IT...........ITS A GR8 SUV, WITH LOOKS THAT ARE THE BEST IN ITS CLASS. I HAVE SELECTED IT FOR ITS GOOD PERFORMANCE, HONDAS QUALITY AND GR8 APPEARANCE..........
