I have the 66 GT, I have to carefully manage starts to avoid
wheel spin on dry pavement.  The car has plenty of power
and good fuel economy at the same time.  I get about 22.7
around town and 29 on the highway.  This thing is
aerodynamic because it gets its best mileage around 75 mph.
The appearance is nice and my friends who drive expensive
imports say the car has good looks but they wonder if it is
too good to be true.  I think the fit and finish is better than
Acura.  No maintenance besides the usual oil changes and
such.  The car is fun to drive and has better handling than
the Audi A4 I owned previously on dry roads.  Quattro was
better in the rain and snow but had gas guzzler mileages in
the range of 11-12 mpg, kind of like an H2 HUMMER.  How
did they do that in a 2.8 liter compact?

Pros: Great gas mileage, excellent performance, good looks, excellent reliability.

Cons: People refuse to believe how good this car is.

I absolutely love this car! I previously had a 2005 GT model but had to upgrade to the 2008 GXP. It is worth the extra headaches and hours I had to pick up at work in order to afford this. Looks sporty and handles beautifully. If you get one, get the GXP Street Edition, thats what I have, it is the top of the line model. Nice leather seats and the sound system is great. This car looks good and will make you look even better. Better yet it will keep the haters hatin'!

Pros: Very stylish and flashy, nice wheels, very roomy, accelerates and handles great!

Cons: May attract too much attention with the 18" chrome wheels, easy to go over speed limit (speeding tickets), XM radio does not display song titles and artists (dont know why), not enought bass in sound system.

Decent performance. Great handling.
Bulid quality is phenominal. No problems
Clean classic appearance with options to customize.
28/34 mpg. Cheap maintenance.
This car is zippy and is fun to drive when you want to cruise around.

Performance - The acceleration is great, goes fast!
Build Quality - Its a great body no sqeeks or rattle
Appearence - its great on the inside and exterior is sleek
Cost of Ownership - gets 32.5 to the gallon, maintenance is simple.
Fun factor - This car is great to drive!

Pros: It handles well and feels smooth when driving, no bumpy at all.

Cons: No reasons its a great car!

i had the hard top convertible it was nice driving it! it was fun to drive around and when i had it it was new so no one knew what it was. and every one was staring at it and wanting to drive it

Performance: Acceleration and handling is great; braking feels a little heavy, but still good.
Build Quality: I do have a squeezy wheel and trying to get it under sprayed to see if that helps.
Appearance: I love black, but there is a white film that I cannot get rid of in front of each rear wheel, plus because the hood slopes so low, it get's chipped very easily by stones.
Cost of Ownership: I haven't had any maintenance other then usual oil change so far; gas isn't the greatest either
Fun Factor: Love it!

Pros: Sporty 4 door

Cons: Hard on gas

Don't buy one of these. Get a Honda Accord instead. Seriously. Or a Toyota Camry. A Mazda6 would be a better choice too. A Subaru Legacy GT would be pretty sweet. If you had the money I'd opt for a BMW 3-Series.

Pros: I get to give it back to GM in April 2011.

Cons: It's not a Honda.

I absolutely love the G6. It's a very efficient 4 banger that has some get up and go. I'm impressed with the price to performance. You don't spend a whole lot but you do get a nice car. At least I can fit behind the wheel without my knees touching my ears

Well as for performance, it is relatively quick for a four cylinder(there is for room for improvement to be added later). I bought it for gas mileage at the time I got it, so I did not expect much. As for build quality, it is a great car with good fit, no squeaks or rattles have developed yet. As for overall looks I like it inside and out, but would love it more if I opted for the metallic black. Right now this cars cost of ownership is low, great gas mileage and low maintenance costs. The car is great fun to drive, I love the sound of the engine, the sound system(factory by the way) and the seats are great, they really hold you in well. As for recommending this car to a friend, yes I would, but I would recommend the bigger engines if they want a little more power and are not just looking for a car that is easy on gas.

Pros: Great car to get to and from, has a great sound system, good mileage, peppy, and fun to drive.

Cons: None that I have encontered yet(Everyone in my family that drives it says the side mirrors are to little and you cannot see much out of them.).

I love the look on the outside, but the interior room for the back seat is limited for anyone about 6 feet tall. The cost of insurance for 6 months is ridicules for someone under 25 years of age, but overall a great passenger car. Last but not least a great car on gas millage if you are nice to it.
