I really enjoy the looks of my new 08 XLT F250 CrewCab and my mileage to date is 3875 miles. I am already having problems with 2 things. 1st is the mpg are much lower than my 2005 6.0L Diesel that I traded in. Before all the reviews started hitting the street form from 2008 buyers, I read and was also told by the dealer that the 2008 6.4L diesel were going to get about 10-20% better fuel mileage. They must of meant to say LESS Mileage instead of Better Mileage. The 2nd problem im having has happen several times and that is the check engine light keeps coming on. The problem code is a Lower Operating Temp Warning. The Dealership stated that the FORD Tech Assistance Line told them that they were NOT to attempt a fix, clear the warning light out, give vehicle back to the customer,  and the problem is under investigation. I’m ready for the LEMON Law.
