2007 Kia Sportage Reviews
| “Good Value For Money” Reviewing:
2007 Kia Sportage EX 4X4
it's a medium build quality good value for the money type SUV. Looks good, it is comfy; a bit noisy tough. Cost of ownership is low but it is very well equipped compared to competition. Overall it is a cheap, fun car which is easy to drive. that's all i can say about this SUV which i own for over a year.
Pros —
looks good
Cons —
noisy

| “I'm Getting Great Mileage - Close To 28 Mpg!” a Car Guru

Reviewing:
2007 Kia Sportage LX
I've had my 2007 Sportage about a month and love just about everything about it. Especially the mileage: I'm supposed to get 26 mpg highway. But I'm finding that with careful driving (anticipating intersections, etc) I'm getting close to 28 mpg with a mix of highway and city! Got 425 miles out of my last tank of gas!
Pros —
Very smooth and comfortable; all the important features.
Cons —
It's hard to tell when the gas tank is filled up. The pump stops, but then you find you can repeatedly "top it off" with another $1 worth or so.

| “Horrible Gas Mileage And Extremely Slow Acceleration, Things Made Up For By The Smooth Look, Ride And Overall Convenience.” a Car Guru
Reviewing:
2007 Kia Sportage LX
In spite of the horrible gas mileage and slow acceleration, I still love the car. The size is perfect, the look is great, the smoothness of the ride is excellent (once you get going) and the safety features put me at ease. But if I had it to do over, I would not buy the 4-cylinder car, nor would I recommend anyone else buy it. I thought I was saving money with the 4-cylinder, but instead I'm spending more by having to buy gas so often. Bummer! |

Great little light duty SUV.Very well put together.( i have been a mechanic all my life. I know cars).Funn to drive. A great powerplant A little hart on fuel, but it's an SUV. Needs to be driven a few miles before you can tell .19 mpg for sure. The Honda CRV would cost here in Canada an extra 6-7 Grand |
