2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS
This car looks fast just sitting still. Awesome handling thanks to the independent rear suspension and wide chassis. Picked up the GS for 22K but if you have the extra 10K for the GT then I'm more than confident that it's well worth it. The thing is fun to drive but does have a different feel to it. It feels very wide inside and there's really no backseat worth mentioning. Can't really see over the hood completely which is the only thing I'd have to say I dislike.

I love the power and drivability of this car, it really is fun to drive. One of the safest cars out there really when you consider Mitsubishi's history with rally. I hate to say it but it gets horrible mileage but that might just be my lead foot, lol. I have had some slight issues with it regarding the fit and finnish and the rear wiper NEVER works! I have had it fixed 2x now and I've just given up on it.

Heavy, hard on fuel...preimium only

The car was nice looking, but it lacked in performance and aftermarket support. It is also a front wheel drive car, so if your looking for a real sports car, look elsewhere.

2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS
Overall the car is gorgeous and reliable. It's heavy and built solid like a tank, which makes me feel safe. The sound system is FANTASTIC! It's fun to drive and I always get lots of looks when I'm out and about in it. Luckily, I'm short so the car offers me lots of room. I hauled a 32 inch 100lb tv in the trunk 220 miles to my brothers and had room left over for my luggage and dvd player. It's all in how you pack your cargo.
Pros —
Looks, sound system, dash and backlighting, 4cyl engine has pretty good power.
Cons —
Blind spots (but that's the price you pay for hotness), interior plastics scratch too easily, fuel economy could be a little better, and the car seriously needs an ipod jack. Come on Mitsu, what were you thinking not having an ipod jack??

I like my car so far. The only thing that i dont like is the paint. The paint on the front bumper chipped in less than 3 months and they woln't do anything about it.
Pros —
It is a fast and comfortable car.
Cons —
Not enough space to cary things in the trunk. Paint is easily chipped.

beautiful on the outside, beautiful on the inside, sound system needs adjustment, gs has some trouble speeding up esp with a/c on... weird noises and some underbody issues

| “Smexy Ride:)” Driving this car is an experience, and worth every penny to own. Would like to get the 08, but, this one's a gorgeous ride, The next I get is going to be a Ford.

Not the best pick for a big family, but few 2-door convertibles are
