It was a basic model with an automatic transmission but man was it fun to drive. You were sitting higher hence your front view was better.

The CVT transmission was a first generation one but did the job well although it took me a little bit at first to get used to it. I liked the way things were layed out inside but they could of done a better job with the plastics there. I know some of the colors in the next years got better and I know there is a complete overhaul in the 2010 version.

If there was a negative to give, it would be that the front pillars are too big in my opinion. Your 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock are taking a hit... you need to get used to looking through the door windows.

This was a leased vehicule for 3 years and at that time there was one minor recall (no biggie...it was a brand new model and it was just for a diagnostic issue that the mechanic just pressed a button to solve the problem) and my rear wiper stop funtionning (all under warranty so no biggy). That it! This car runned perfectly for me summer and winter alike. Milage was decent.

Pros: Reliable, high seating, decent gas milage, lots of room inside, fun to drive
Cons: Front pilars, inside plastics sometimes feel cheap

I like the unique look to my vehicle and it drives great in the snow.  Overall, it's a good safe vehicle.  The only thing I have an issue with is, it's a gutless pig!  It accelerates slowly but it has a torque conversion transmission so it's supposed to be I guess :P  I like to tear through the snow with it!

Pros: Black w /17" wheels goes "bling" when shined up
Cons: slow acceleration

Compact, fuel efficient, very modern feel, little need for repairs, nice-looking interior with a mini fridge (very cool), fun to drive, accelerates decently, fierce exterior appearance, very little maintenance, an overall fun car to own, and drive. i would reccomend this car to any college student, or on the go person.

Pros: Great gas-mmiliage, nice looking, fun to drive.
Cons: Not an R/T, lol.

Great little car, especially for gas mileage.  Love the sporty look.  Interior is a bit harder than my last car, but it is practical and easily accessible.  For a car it's size, there is quite a bit of storage.   Maintenance is low and I get about 27 to 31 mpg.  For a 4 cylinder it has fairly good acceleration; slower when the air conditioner is on.  It is a fun little car and I am glad I got it.

Pros: Great gas mileage and sporty look
Cons: Interior a bit hard looking.

I love the aggressive stance and the ground clearance of this car.  I turn heads everywhere I go.  Especially when I'm blasting my 470 watt STOCK (that's right I said stock) 9 speaker Boston Acoustics system.  I HATE the CVT transmission though.  I'll never buy another one again.  If I had gotten this car in stick it would have been pretty fast.  Great brakes though and awesome suspension.  120 mph. top speed isn't bad.  (Yes, I've gone 120 in it.)  Mileage isn't too bad either.  I get about 21-23 mpg in the city, and about 25-29 on the highway.  Depends how much of a lead foot I have.  ;D
I would highly recommend this car.  (Just don't get the CVT transmission.)

Pros: Bold looks, gas mileage, brakes and suspension, stereo system, ground clearance
Cons: CVT transmission is too wimpy

Love the CVT - with no gears, the power is always there when you want it and it just smoothly moves up and down the rev band.  We have two of them - the other is an SXT.  I will get that model next time, as the SE leaves a few things to be desired like the bigger tires & touring suspension.  They've added an SE plus which takes care of those issues, so it will be a possibility next time as well.

This is a great car.  It is a lot of car for your dollar.  Has lots of little extras that come standard.  The cool box in the glove compartment does work to keep cold beverages cold.  The rechargable flash light in the rear dome light is a great addition.  Seats are really snug and comfortable.  The placement of the gear shift is very comfortable.  The cell phone/mp3 holder in the middle arm rest is a nice feature as well.  The fuel economy is great.  View point while driving is nice because you sit a little higher than the average car in the same class.

Pros: Great gas milage and easy handling.
Cons: 5 speed could use a more powerful engine.

car looks great to me, but built like a yugo, cant wait to get my Saab 9-3 or Subaru Impreza in 3 months. The New Caliber for 2010 looks like it is built a little better, but Dodge really, really cheaped out when bulding the current one. Impreza 5-door and Mazda3 five door are superior alternatives

Pros: Looks
Cons: Everything else aside from loks

performance is adequate braking and handling are superb but you can only go so fast with with a sub 190hp engine this car is also pretty heavy if you drop a few hundred pounds this car would be fun no problems what so ever =]
i think it looks tooo snub nosed
and its too high lower it a bit and get bigger rims standard =\
its pretty fun to drive the high end torque is amazing (the CVT really shines then cuz it holds the engine at 6k rpm during all the accelartion) its a decent car
how ever the interior needs a lot of work ! (is it a car or the inside of a plastic factory ?!?!?!)

Pros: great passing power(CVT tranny) spacious and amazing handling  great soundsystem stock ! =]
Cons: looks and height =\
