ECU replacment is about $1200 a pop, there's at least 4. Oil changes are %80+. Solid ride, low road noise, comfort is outstanding. Capable of ralle racing. Disc nav system is outdated now. Handling is superior to American cars even while needing tuning.

As this is my second Mercedes-Benz, I had very high expectations when buying it. I am pleased to say that it has surpassed all of them. Like some folks, I had heard rumors of a slip in quality for the post 2000 Mercedes models, they are absolutely untrue. This car is as solid as a bank vault, and as acrobatic as a nymphomaniac teenage girl on coke. I love it.
Pros:
Literally almost everything
Cons:
overly eccentric cupholders, Smaller fuel tank than my last Benz
