Cant beat a Powerstroke Diesel, great fuel mileage for a large truck, easy to modify, and great interior
Pros —
Diesel, good MPG, lots of power.
Cons —
Diesel costs too much, older truck has less upgrades.

Truck has power to burn and can haul anything. Has issues with noise and rough ride, but what do you expect on a big truck...and what's more...who cares!
I put more miles on this then any other vehicle we own, and yet it was only in the shop once last year, for a flat tire. Now it's in need of some TLC, but not any of it is it's fault.
Pros —
Tough, reliable, power, cargo.
Cons —
None...I'm biased

Bit much on gas but has a very sturdy body and little to no issues with engine or surrounding mechanical pieces.
