Reviewing: 1997 Used Ford F-250 2 Dr XLT 4WD Extended Cab SB HD

As far as trucks go, it was top of the line for it's time. Only a year before had they introduced a turbo for the 7.3 power plant. It was fast, it was fun, with a 5 speed manual transmission, and a tough Dana 60 rearend. Quite spacious as well.

Pros — tons of power, decent fuel economy for it's size, lots of room in the interior, cool accessories, and good price.
Cons — huge maintenance fees, expensive fuel, tough to get in and out of parking spaces, parking garages, etc.

solid truck with plenty of power and torque...handles and brakes well for a big 3/4 ton truck. 4" skyjacker suspension lift 3" body sittin on 35's and a dana 60 outback.

Pros — 351 windsor, 410 gears and dana 60
Cons — 5-7 miles to the gallon, manual front hub lockouts, rough ride

Same style on with mud tires, step under door, tinted windows, and bug shield.

Pros — Higher survival rate for crash.
Cons — Gas guzzler.
