2006 Chrysler Town & Country Reviews

Got the big V-6, has no problem merging with traffic.  The ride is smoother than the Alero we had before...so smooth.  The stow and go seating is awesome, great for a night at the drive in.  Only bad part is no hitch reciver, due to rerouting the exhaust because of the stow and go seats.

I like the Sto & Go seating and the DVD player but the Nav system sucks.  Everything breaks. Poorly built interior. It has bad fuel efficiency.  I have all ready had to turn it in for major repairs to the suspention and now there is another recall on it.  Man this sucks

Never thought I would love a mini-van.  Traded my sports car for this amazing people hauler.  The gas mileage is good, the handling is great, and the cofortable ride is exceptional. Everything is top notch in the limited, you are cheating yourself if you go with a lesser model.

Yes, practically everyone who owns a van has one of these.  There's good reason.  We live over 200 miles away from our families and repeated trips back and forth have accumulated over 36K miles in less than 2 years.  Our first trip to the shop was about 1K miles ago.  
It rides about as smooth as any other van and there is enough room for 2 adults, 3 boys and the kitchen sink.  The stow-n-go is a blessing when more room is needed (think 200 mile trip from Christmas and multiple local soccer games).
The entertainment system is a God-send on the road trips as well.
We purchased the T&C new in 2006 during a hefty promotional time period so it was extremely affordable.
I will say, we are not a "van" family but it fits our lifestyle right now, and even more so when our baby arrived in 2006.  So, due to our expanding family, we traded a Chevy Equinox for the T&C and to be honest, this is the longest we have ever had a vehicle.
It works that well for us.  The only thing I would change, as I've told my husband, is they need to come out with a Supercharged T&C.  I'd never get rid of it.
