2001 Used Ford F-150 4 Dr Lariat 4WD Crew Cab SB
This trucks performance is great its a great v8.. Acceleration is good, braking is excellent and handling is ok for a 4 door truck.. few squeaks but can be fixed.. Appearance is great it has brush guard and a tool box along with a sunroof.. This is a fun mud riding truck..

Great acceleration and good cabin space..
Cons —
Handling could be better to top heavy..

2001 Used Ford F-150 4 Dr XLT Extended Cab SB
This truck has all the power I need to get around and then some more. Performance, even with nearly 130k miles, is excellent. The only downside, besides needing extra weight in the back during winter in WY, is that it eats so much gas. I only get about 280-290 miles per tank- but then again it is a V-8.

Cons —
Gas runs through it like crap through a goose.

The looks of the round front end, The power of the 5.4 and the apperance of the Off-road package. It runs and feels like a car in a 4X4 wrapper. Brakes, fluids, and tires thats all I have done to the truck. Oh and of course dual flowmasters with ss borla tips.

It is a very awsome truck the performance is great. Like with the acceleration some times just driving down the rode you will catch your self speeding just cause it is such a nice smooth ride. And the handling is great even though my power steering pump is out. It is also a very stylish truck, a lot of people tell me it is a nice looking truck, and any one who i let drive it just says it is awsome to drive also. it hasnt needed any repairs yet except for the front right brake just started going out. it also gets good millage for a truck, cause one time on a trip i was averaging 60 miles per hour and i found it to get about 17 miles per gallon.

2001 Used Ford F-150 2 Dr XLT Standard Cab SB
I had bought a FORD from a dealership because my car was pooched. Well as soon as I seen the ford I wanted it. The truck ran great all the time, started in the worst weather and I could take it anywhere and would take me through it. Only had to do one repair to it in 50,000kms. I unfortunatly got rid of it due to fuel prices, but after driving a couple other vehicles since them, I went back to a ford and will never change. Great quality all the time, looks are awesome no matter what year it is, well worth the money spent on one especially a truck.

- Endures all accidents and major damage aka mowing down a highway guard rail and uprooting 2 trees in one accident.

Went from a Ranger to this. Towed everything but a battleship with that one so when 200k neared, I decided I should go with a full size.
Pros —
Big, roomy, powerful black tough truck
Cons —
Gas Mileage, but I expect that... it isn't a Focus!

besides being a gas guzzler, it's pretty dece. Almost 100K miles, tinted windows (front and back), cap that matches (looks like it was made with the truck), great 4x4.
Pros —
tow load is excellent, cruises smooth, actually has some kick to it.
Cons —
tranny went around 55K miles, alternator went when truck was brand new...
