THE VERDICT:
Pros —
3.0L version has good performance & Handling rocks & Luxurious and sexy
Cons —
2.5L version sucks try to the the Z4M if possible & has only 2 seats

| “Fun To Drive, I'm Jealous Of The Owner” I drove it with the top down last fall and it was cold. I wasn't used to it so I didn't get to really play. But, the owner knowing that i wanted to, urged me to step on the gas and i was up to 80 faster than anything I had driven prior. By that time, i was around the block and i got to test out the amazing braking system on that. It's a small car and I'm pretty small too, so it fit me great. I don't think I want to see a man driving one, though. It's a chick car.
Pros —
Great handling all around, the interior is high quality, and i got to floor it without paying for gas.
Cons —
Automatic transmission (really took a lot of fun out of the driving experience), looks girly, engine sounds high pitched.

2004 Used BMW 3.0i
bought this from a friend for a great price. So I went from a '93 Buick Regal 4 door to this fun little convertible. Here in Arizona I can drive with the top down most of the year! This is the 6 speed manual tranny. My friend told me "good luck getting it into 6th gear" I think you have to be going over 100 to do that!
Pros —
BMW's warranty that covers everything except tires for the first 4 years.
Cons —
There is a glitch that BMW knows about this engine, around 4000 RPM's there is a slight glitch that has caused me to lose a couple of street races :-(

A little *too* smooth...makes you feel removed from the road, and from complete control of the car.

I have had it for almost 2 years, no complaints. As expected this is a sport ride, if you are looking for confort buy a Cadillac.
Pros —
Very fun car, girls love it.
Cons —
Well, it is a convertible, so sometimes is hard to fix two golf bags.

Really wild in the wet, very, very poor seats, smooth engine and lots of fun but tough to live with on a day-to-day basis.

Great big smile fun on a Sunday

A beautiful, powerful little ride. Great in every way, save interior storage space, the absence of bluetooth and a bit of road noise with the top up.
