The best family performance saloon I ever drove. Amazing acceleration, awesome handling, and great exhaust sounds, very-very fun to drive! This car is the best choice for you to bring your family and experienced the performance of sports car in the highway. Just don't look at your fuel gauge when you drive it!

2006 Used BMW Base
Best car I've owned, handles like a dream and gets in and out of traffic like a breeze. Fun to drive, but gulps the petrol. Looks are okay, still think the e39 is the best looking 5 series, so I hope BMW gets a new designer for the next redesign.

we have just sold this car it was my mums, i woz driving it for about the last 4 months so i didn't put as many miles on my own car. it woz lovelly to drive it was comfy with its sports seats. it was that fast when you put ur foot down ur head hit the seat like g force. i would have one again 50+ grands worth of car

2006 Used BMW Base
I had a chance to drive the 500hp M5, and I have to say, I was sort of less than impressed. The SMG is nowhere like driving a real stick, and sort of gives you less of a feeling of the road then I'd like. The exhaust note that the old M5 had is gone, although the V10 still sounds pretty good. The car is more softly sprung than I'd like, and the front fascia does not screem performance to me. But I guess that's the point, sort of a German sleeper.
