To be quite honest i dont know why i gave the car up.  It really was the perfect car alpine white on grey leather all the right packages and just the best ride in the world.  I have no negatives about the car Gas mileage is badass as well especially for a 3.0 six cylinder.

Pros — everything
Cons — nothing

Fun Car, hated to give it up but 2 car seats in a convertible?? Loved having the ZHP Package (Performance Package) combined with a 6 speed manual.  Unbelievable gas mileage, great exhaust note, awesome short-throw shifter.  Beautiful body kit paired with lowered suspension and classy 18" wheels.  Hated the Alcantara Suede Steering Wheel, completely impractical, forget eating Doritos!

Pros — Looks
Cons — Practicality

Good for street but not for the track. Need more horsepower for the track.
M-tune engine.
M-tune ECU
M-tune suspension with 0.6 inch drop with thicker swaybar
M-tehnik body kit
6 speed short throw shifter
Alcantara steering wheel.
Free flow exhaust
These all come with M-performance package in 330i and all modification done by BMW factory

Pros — handling and performance, special edition M-performance package with M-tuned engine and suspension.
Cons — still need more horsepower

As it says: Pour man's M3
The car that I’m speaking of here is the 2005 BMW 330i with the performance package.
To start, the performance package adds a few more lines to the already attractive 3 series with a uniquely styled front air-dam, side skirts, a double tipped rear exhaust tucked into a sleek rear apron with subtle decklid spoiler.  To dress the wheels, BMW added they added their 18” M Double Spoke alloy wheels with a 225/40 front and 255/35 rear performance tires.
In conjection with the tires, BMW beefed up the suspension making it lower, firmer and stiffer than the normal 330i.  And to increase the agility at all speeds and deliver a crisper response, BMW adjusted the wheel camber to a -0.5 degrees to put more rubber on the road and lowered the rear axle ratio 3.5%.  This added together with the 330’s near 50/50 weight ratio (50.1/49.9) make the car corner as if it’s on rails.
At this point, you should not be fooled.  BMW calls it a performance package for a reason.  Adding 10 more horsepower than the standard 330i, and a 6-speed short throw gear shifter make the 235 hp at 5900 RPM and 222 lb-ft of torque at 3500 RPM very accessible, propelling the car from 0-60 MPH in 5.9 seconds.  Topped off with a distinctive growl that makes driver and observer want more.
For the interior, BMW added an exclusive silver (or black) cubed trim to replace the standard wood paneling.   To hold you in the seat, BMW added special Alcantara and cloth powered sports seats.  The steering wheel is the 3 spoke M wheel that is also wrapped in Alcantara.
All of this is in addition to the already numerous features like a 12 speaker Harman Kardon audio system, rain sensing wipers, impact and speed sensors that will deploy any number of the car’s front, side or head protection air bags, door braces that keep the doors from entering the cabin in the event of a side impact, dynamic stability control to keep the tires on the road and many, many more standard features of this car.
All in all, this is a finely tuned, track-inspired race car that has room for the family and is capable of putting you back in your seat.

Pros — Impressive throttle response and shifting.  Corners like it's on rails, gets decent MPGs and has a beautiful sound to it.
Cons — Expensive to insure and maintain.

This is my car rather than a mini van.  I have two kids under two and wouldn't choose anything BUT this car.  The pick up is amazing, it shifts super fast and the power is incredible.  BMW knows what their doing.  Kudos.

Pros — Handles great, shifts great, incredible power, awesome look, plenty of interior room, good trunk space, A+++
Cons — No navigation system.....but honestly, who cares!?

Awesome handling, its a different car with or without DSC. While acceleration isn't as good as some of the new ricers, its handling more than makes up for it. Solid car as well.

Pros — See review
Cons — Out of pocket expenses at bmw dealership when I need repairs like a new windshield wiper (i think i ended up paying around 300 usd).

Had it with the M-pack carriage which I expected a little more performance to show compared to the minus in comfort. In addition I had the automatic so no way to check the real performance... BUT: performance of BMW-automatic shifts are one of the best compared to competition! The Audi, MB SLK or CLK automatic-shift suck if you are a sporty driver and like shifting down before the curves! Acceleration could be better for a 3ltr-engine and it needed a while to reach topspeed of 240km/h, which was disappointing compared to the 525 with even less hp.  Interior in e.g. dark brown leather looked great and noble, but still fitting to this young and sporty car. Backseats of limited size, maybe the CLK and A4 offer a few centimeters more.

Pros — One of the sportiest convertibles of it's class, best automatic shift compared to competition.
Cons — Price, Backseat-space

Superior german handling and solid performance. performance package with 18" M- sport suspension and M exhaust  makes the car..how many conv'ts can you put two baby seats in back?

Pros — BMW quality, handling and build...it is the ultimate driving machine after all..
Cons — need an extra 30+ h.p., thinking of a DINAN upgrade, bmw lousy cupholders, only the Audi had a nice interior...
