1999 Used BMW 323i
(323is) Awesome Car. A couple more gears would be nice, but this works. Turns extremely well, even with 10 year old suspension. So far, no problems as far as maintenance goes. Pretty darn sexy looking in my opinion, especially the coupe. Really fun to drive. picked it up for only 9k!
Pros —
Everything
Cons —
Maintenance costs

| “Great Car!” Reviewing:
1999 Used BMW 323i
I love the handling and the control I have when driving this car. Amazing power for a 323. I also love the fully automatic convertible top, so easy! Can't wait to get my next one!
Pros —
great gas millage, comfortable seats.
Cons —
cramped interior, it's great for one person, two at the most - but not 4! plastic rear window.

| “Timeless” Reviewing:
1999 Used BMW 323i
Starting in 1999 the E46 3 Series picked up where the E36 left off. Larger, with smoother lines, and with more advanced engines than its predecessor, the E46 easily held the title of "Best Car of the Year" throughout its life. The 323i despite what many think, is a 2.5L straight 6... NOT a 2.3.
Pros —
Awesome looks. Features for the price. Most kids my age get new Civics that cost way more, yet don't deliver nearly as much. Average to Above average reliability, and really good fuel economy.
Cons —
Expensive to maintain (don't expect to fix stuff only when it breaks, expect to do some preventive maintenance to keep her right). Worrying about leaving it in a parking lot (gotta park far away to avoid scratches, dings, etc... and even then you still gotta wonder).
