| “She's A Beast!” Got her after I wrecked the Cutlass. Didnt want a Ford but she always starts--no matter what. Head gasket went out cause that style engine was bad with 'em. Raised the back end of this one up to 'bout 6. She looked sweet and you could do anything with her.
Pros —
Built like a tank/hummer. Through fields, over dikes, "rock climbing," it didnt matter. She could do it all.
Cons —
Little things needed to be fixed, but that was usually cause of me. She's laid up in my shop now cause the front passenger side is messed up cause my buddy hit a deer with her. So if you know of any '88 Tbirds I NEED one.

| “Good Ford Vehicle.” I have had this car for a while, and its awesome. My friends and I have many memories in this car. It drives nice, the engine might not produce the power that people want it to, but it gets the job done.
Pros —
Good engine, good suspension. Interior is great.
Cons —
parts can be expensive.

| “Tons Of Power And Still Around 40 Mpg” I love my car and just bought a second just like it. I would like to turn up my turbo cause I can only get about 7lbs out of it if you can help I would appreciate it! |
| “Last Of The Fox Body T-birds.” 1988 Ford Thunderbird. 3.8 V6. Comfortable on the inside of the car. Was build for the family. Outside came practical for families. Plain and reserved. two Door RWD car. Reliable if you take care of it.
Pros —
The 3.8 was good on gas and cleans up nice if you have a knack for style. Gets you from point A to point B. Ford should of kept the body style. Flowmasters give it the V8 rumble without the farty sound.
Cons —
The head gaskets are known for blowing around the 120,000 mi marker. Doesn't have the power of the 5.0 or the 2.3 Turbo.

A muscle car of sorts. Still looks good after 18 years. |
