1991 Toyota MR2 Reviews
| “Mr2” Reviewing:
1991 Used Toyota MR2 Turbo T-bar
This was my first car, a great little car... 200hp in a light body gives it excellent performance, it can even beat 5.0 liter Mustangs at the drag strip. The only downside to this car is that with the engine in the middle behingd the seats, it can be very expensive to fix minor problems as the engine needs to be removed for most repairs.
Pros —
Fast, a ton of fun, very well built car
Cons —
Expensive to fix

1991 Used Toyota MR2 Turbo T-bar
Car is insane fast stops on a dime , gives you whiplash when you shift gears and no matter what anybody says mr2's can drift if you know how to drive them. has they old school stylling of japan with pop up head lights and flush bumper headlights but come loaded with features like cruise conrtol , leather , steering fog lights , telescopic and tilt steering and 260hp from the factory whats not to love
Pros —
everthing is perfect from the tight steering and suspension to the bullet proof motor
Cons —
no trunk space but if you want that buy something else like a buick

1991 Used Toyota MR2 Turbo T-bar
After going with the whole drifting scene for a while I decided to get a car I've always wanted when I first got into cars. The MR2. The handling on it from factory is pretty good, I wouldn't say its anything like a ferrari or an S2000. With the right driver however the MR2 can be fast around a corner. With the right tuner it can also be a great fast car. Cost of the car is not too bad so long as your looking to buy the condition of a car you want.
Pros —
Rock solid reliability, great power to weight ratio, nice styling for the time. overall good engineering.
Cons —
snap oversteer, car needs to have a slightly longer wheel base and perhaps be wider, suspension geometry was mostly fixed in 93 and up though with bigger wheels and longer rear control arms.

1991 Used Toyota MR2 2 Dr Turbo Coupe
It is either you love it or hate it. It has excellent performance for its days. But it is out performed by many of the entry level sports car in the modern era. It is fairly difficult to work on but mine was in decent shape. The styling is modern and it is a head turner. If you want to corner, this one is a car you would consider getting.
Pros —
great handling, mid engine lay out, styling.
Cons —
age, difficult to work on, expensive on maintenance.

| “Really Run Car To Drive On A Sunny Day, But I Wish I Had The Turbo Haha” Reviewing:
1991 Used Toyota MR2 T-bar
I've had this car for a little over 2 years and it's had it's ups and downs. I had to replace most of the suspension (control arms, ball joints, springs, struts, strut mounts, crossmember, spring seats) so that cost some money. other than, even after nearly 20 years the car still runs strong. Its a blast to drive, looks great, and is decently quick. Mine tops out at 130 on a flat road... not to bad, it just took a little longer than I would've liked to get there.
Pros —
fun to drive, relatively cheap/ easy to find parts, not many people have them, t-tops.
Cons —
only 2 seats- its inconvenient sometimes but then again its supposed to be that way, NA engine lacks the power of the turbo (obviously- its just a bummer), ride noise, ride comfort.

| “The Poor Mans Porsche....nuff Said.” Reviewing:
1991 Used Toyota MR2 2 Dr STD Coupe
This car is pretty damn amazing. It handles exceptionally well and is very quick for a stock car. It has plenty of room for customization and there are a lot of motor options to make it even faster. It has a very nice cockpit and a sleek, sexy look. Good on gas and very reliable too. I love this car and will never get rid of it. You should get one too and then you'll be as cool as me.
Pros —
Fairly light-weight and good power. Handles very well if you know how to handle it. Even though its a mid-engine, still has a trunk. My model has t-tops for summer cruisin (very nice). Gas mileage is very good. Unique exotic look. Very good braking capabilities.
Cons —
If tires/suspension/etc not set up properly, can change handling drastically. Tends to understeer in certain scenarios. Makes most rice mobiles wanna race you everywhere.
