2004 Toyota Corolla Reviews

Performance- acceleration not as good as my bus. Good braking, fair handling.
Build Quality- No repairs needed so far... when on the freeway it sounds as if the window is down.
Appearance- Nice interior, exterior looks nice but needs paint.
Cost of Ownership- MPG boosted to Above 30 but got above 40 once. Maintenance has been simple.
Fun Factor- Not as fun as my bus but does not need to be as it is my wife's car.

I think this car looks like a space ship.  Other than that, the gas mileage... HOLY CRAP!!  About $25 to fill it at 2.50/gal and you go at least 400 miles per tank.... so damn near 40 miles to gallon..highway, and it's not even a hybrid! Not a car for the tall one's though.  I am 5'8" and my wife is 5'6" and with the car seat in the back, my knees are close to the dash, but still comfy though.  could use a little more leg room in front.  accelerates and brakes great.  Current tires suck on wet roads though.  owned a little over a year and 1/2, no maint. needed yet!  has the 5 speed tranny, so it's fun to drive!!  no cruise though, so not so much fun on road trips!  great car all around

Solid build, great gas mileage, cheap to maintain, very comfortable on long drives, lots of trunk space.

Not enough horsepower then again what do you expect from a corolla  ;)
With manual transmission and only one passenger car can accelerate ok.

Very practical car.

Appearance:Plain vanilla, mine is gray. Im Conservative
Cost of ownership:Impressively low maintenance cost!
Fun factor:Its a car period but with some imagination you can have some good fun!

Performance  is mint 193 bhp– acceleration is class, braking average when you run out of runway, handling best dropped 30mil to get the best out of it.

Build Quality is solid– no repairs as yet

Fun Factor – is this car fun to drive? extremely when the lift kicks in.
