Awesome vehicle, I can haul and tow anything I want to and I've got over 235k miles on it now. No complaints, original engine, 3rd transmission. Transmissions are VERY costly and don't seem to last too long, that's the biggest gripe. That and the 14MPG.

Haul everything, never worry about the engine
Cons —
Bring a lot of cash for gas and incase the tranny goes

This has been an excellent truck. Very reliable. Mine has about 193,100 miles on it and is still running strong. Plenty of torque, but low horsepower.
Pros —
Acceleration (torque), Cruise Control, Bench Seats, and Reliability
Cons —
Fuel Economy (12mpg), Feels too sluggish for how small it is, not enough horsepower.

It's loud, big, and old.
Pros —
It's still going after 345,000 miles, and I run it like no diesel was designed to run. Gets good mileage - 21mpg.
Cons —
Diesel costs $4.19 a gallon here.
