  Probably the coolest, BEAST looking carriage i ever owned. if not a vette, THIS would be the muscle car of choice IF i had the cash & room. It was pure 70s man!! Cragers, the works. But candy-apple red..it was sweeet!!

My 1971 Camaro was the base model with a 250 cubic inch L6, 3 speed automatic. The six cylinder was no great performer but it was reliable and fairly economical. The car handled well, after some upgrades and suspension modifications. It would have been better with a small block V8.
Pros:
Economical, Classic, reliable
Cons:
under powered, not sporty

I love all the camaro body styles especially the earlier models, and if i had to do it all over again i wouldn't hesitate for a second, I'd buy it again

It's a '71 camaro. Bought it 2 years ago, as a project car. Needs lots of work. spent the last year and a half rewiring it. Now it's time to start on the body work. Will be a while, but I beleive the longer you spend doing the work the better the car will look. |
