2001 Pontiac Grand Prix Reviews
“My Silver Matallic 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix Se”
The Grand Prix was bought fully stock in Dec. of 2006, after only 2 days the whole car was debadged of emblems, and the calipers were painted red for a custom/mexican/black look of Baer Brakes. To add a lil' horsepower from 175 to about 185 i added an aftermarket air intake and polished stainless steel tubing (not in engine pic, just filter not tubing) Then i focus on the inside tinting windows (20%) by my man Scottie of Scotties Auto Tinting New Castle. The i had to upgrade the sound, all Alpine components 6.5" in doors and compent tweeters in pods on a-pillar, 6X9" speakers on rear lid, and a custom Alpine box with 2 12" Alpine 1500w max subs and alpine v12 amp pushin 2500w max. all poweredby a kenwood single din headunit (Kdc-mp235) and scoche 4 gauge wiring. the next custom work is either paint two tone blue top an silver bottom or lambo front doors. but that after the interior accent lightins is added under dash lights (blue and blue and red strobes in trunk for added entertainment at shows.

“Its A Great Car For Someone Who Has A Heavy Foot”
the car is a all around preformer but the engine is a weak point
“Strong, Fast And Fun But Problematic”
Have had my car for a few months now and have seen myself spend alot of saturday mornings at my mechanics shop. The car gives you the feel of power and sport car like performance and is also a full size sedan.
Faults are weight. (car is heavy!) Electric and minor mechanical problems like super cheap radio display never works, window swicth, tail lights condense, tie rod ends and altenator.
