Ive had this car for 2.5 yrs now with very little trouble. Having an issue with the sunroof at the moment but the amazing warranty will take care of that one.
Pros —
Fun to drive and turns alot of heads.
Cons —
To heavy for a four banger, Im sure the v6 milage would be close to the same.

The Eclipse is a fantastic looking car that drives well and is a great ride. The seats are comfortable and the interior is great looking espacialy at night. I have driven the Automatic and ended up buying the manual it's much faster.
Pros —
Fantastic Design, Good Acceleration, Easy Shifting
Cons —
5th gear has next to no acceleration, Rear visablity is bad, rough ride

the car looks good, drives amazing, handles amazing, is fast just being stock but could be faster with a few upgrades but other than all that it is amazing...

the whole car speaks for itself, its awesome

only bad thing is the sound system that came in it was a joke

| “Fun” Test drove one just for fun. It had the paddle shifters on the wheel, and that was pretty cool. But I confess I don't know mutch about this car.

there are no problems with this car whatsoever. one thing i find frustrating though is that the seatbelt, when taken off, hits the plastic piece it rests on when not being used and causes the plastic to get chipped... nothing anyone but me would notice probably but still something that frustrates me... stock brakes are really strong, stops on a dime... i drive it in the snow and it's not as bad as some may think. defroster works very well, car heats up quickly... the exterior trunk release button is a button, like in new corvettes which is cool

stock sub hits really hard; car won't lock when on and in park--prevents locking your keys in the car
Cons —
the seatbelt thing; no interior trunk release
