2004 Kia Optima Reviews
“Excellent Car For The Price!”
I was very skeptical about buying a Kia, I heard a lot of negative info. about them. I test drove my car on December 31, 2004, and bought it that same day. I was really impressed with how nicely the car seemed to handle the road. It's not a sports car, so get that notion out of your head! It's more like what a Buick or Cadillac feels, very smooth and quiet. I do hear a bit of engine whine when slamming on the gas, but I guess it's working the 2.7 liters really hard. My car has over 71,000 miles and the only thing that has been replaced was the receiver for the door locks and the drive's sid marker light (the little one by itself on the left fender).
This car is an excellent value, I really believe Kia has entered Honda and Toyota kind of quality, but without the brand price penalty.
“In Canada, It's The Magentis, Not Optima, But This App Has No Magentis Listed”
Well built sedan. Kia service dept is bad though. Buy one out of warranty because the warranty is worth the paper it's written on when they don't know how to fix it.
