| “All Purpose Suv” Reviewing:
2004 Used Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4WD
I have the Trail Rated edition; it does everything I want it to and very versatile. The back seats fold down nicely for the dog or up for people. In hindsight I might have gone with a V8, because remember: it's not miles per gallon, it's SMILES per gallon! I get about 15 mpg in town. It's not as fun to drive as a little car, but the frame is solid and it has a high towing capacity. Minimal squeaks, rattles, and thunks. Excellent, sensitive brakes.

I am sorry but I have owned A LOT of cars in my life (25 to be exact and I am only 31)
Pros —
Overall Ability, Design, and it is so cool that the fuel cost was easy to swallow
Cons —
I don't have one anymore!!!

Love this model some jeeps I don't like because of its shape but this one I love. I feel very safe in this car with my son. I drive this car everywhere. It is very spacious and easy to clean because the seats in back lift and move. I recommend this car.

I don't feel like anything sucks about this car but I need one wheel fixed.

With the Selec-Trac transfer case behind Jeep's tried-and-true 4.0 six-cylinder engine, this is a reliable and extremely capable vehicle. More roomy and comfortable than the previous generation, it's perfect for someone who needs to get to the back forty one weekend, then haul a family of four the next.
Pros —
Styling, build quality, on- and off-road performance in all weather, comfort for tall people.
Cons —
Jeeps all have their own little quirks; this one is no different. It's part of the Jeep thing. The 4.0 motor is bulletproof, and perfectly fine for hauling just the Grand Cherokee around, but with a trailer, owners may find themselves wishing for the V8.
