My Sonata is a great reliable car. It looks great, and handles awsome. I mean its not a truck but it will do for now. It has more than enought speed to keep me happy for now. I love my car and wouldnt trade it for any other CAR out there..give me a truck and you got a deal lol.
Pros:
Has a classy look, but still is sporty, its a great first car

Have had this car since 2003 or 2004. It's been reliable the whole time. It drives like a truck and the acceleration is mediocre until it builds up some revs, but otherwise it's a decent car. And you can't beat the warranty, which I haven't had to use for anything major.
Pros:
Nice interior, reliable, comfy. Fairly large gas tank; I get from 350-400 miles per tank.
Cons:
Handling and acceleration.

started having mechanical problems every time i fill up the gas andgo back to start the engine it wont start unless i crank it and press on the gas pedal at the same time then quickly put into drive so it wont die again. i had to put in a new transmission after a year of owning the car.

He traded up for this car with the Tiburon and it had a much better feel and fit to it. I enjoyed driving this car so much that we eventually traded and I drove it and he drove the mini-van. It had a lot of recall issues though and even though it was under warranty it had a lot of things go wrong with it to the point that it would barely start.
Pros:
Nice size, nice drive, fair gas mileage
Cons:
Lot of recall issues

Very reliable; I've never had a problem with it.
Pros:
Comfortable, spacious while still being a smaller mid-sized.
Cons:
None that I know of so far.

The car has a smooth ride and gives good gas milage. It is jumpy as it accelerates on the automatic transmission model though. It is very roomy. |
