The all new Kia forte is a car that could be ignored due to the lack of reputation since its only be out there for 18 years. The Forte has great performance from its 173hp 2.5L v4, brakes are firm and confidence inspiring, not too much body roll,It has an avaliable 5 speed auto with manual shift gate , it shifts pretty smooth, build quality.. time will tell, interior well designed great looks, leather very comfortable and seems durable, lots of rear passenger leg room, biggest trunk in class, can be fun to drive if you put the pedal to the metal, overall if you want all the features of a luxury car but don't want to pay a premium for it look at the kia forte, in Canada a similarly equipped toyota corolla xrs would cost over $5000 more, not sure about the power train quality yet, but overall great value, you should test drive it if you are looking at the Corolla or Civic you may be surprised.
