  Personally I love the exterior styling of the Prelude, which still looks fresh 12 years after its debut. Performance wise, it combines fun, tossable handling and snappy (but not overwhelming) acceleration with decent city mileage. Best of all, I have yet to face a serious maintenance issue. On the downside, premium gas and poor highway efficiency drive up the costs of road trips, and the dark interior will only hold two adults comfortably.

Fun, reliable, and attractive.
Cons:
Small, with poor highway mileage.

handles perfectly. i love this car more than anything. has amazing stock power for a four cylinder. it has needed suspension work though. nothing too major. i bought it for a very affordable price. this car is very fun to drive. i wouldnt trade it for the world. you should buy one.

Needs some body work! But fast as hell! 12lbs of boost, needs to be retuned as well as bigger piping....who puts 2" piping!!! If you wanna race let me know! Honda Prelude '97 with only 100000 miles on it!

Its skech on the build....i have random parts in it that I dont even know about!

all in all the best vehicle i have ever owned. but its a honda what do u expect lol. it is well put together and besides needing the seals replaced on the motor and tranny it has been a great car overall. but the seal problem is a common one in ALL hondas

best speed 2 mpg you can get

This is the longest lasting car I've had. Problems were easy and cheap to fix. The gas mileage was GREAT! Easy to handle, appearance was nice (both inside and out), retained it's value pretty good! Fun and easy to drive!

The preludes accel is excellent as long as the cable isnt stretching. Braking is powerful. and handling is excellent after you do the lowering of the vehicle and all the other little things to do to the suspension. but other then that it is really fun to drive.

Great accel. and powerful brakes.
Cons:
stretching accel cable and stock suspension.

I recently bought this car. I love the lines of this car. It handles like a champ and has plenty of power. Mine is the SH model although the ATTS does not work in it, I still love it. The seats are amazingly comfortable on long trips.
