i have a 2009 EX and so far has been an excellant vehicle for the value, (mine was around $25,500.) my mileage has been about 20mpg but i live in town and haven't even taken it on a highway yet.  has TONS of storage and can fit 3  26" suitcases,3 22" suitcases,
plus carry ons with room to spare! i love the chrome accents on the interior and the aux. jack makes listening to my ipod through the stereo easy! (just had to get a $8.00 cord from radio shack.) i chose the black interior being a mom, no more grape juice stains for me to scrub out!  i came from a V6 engine to this 4cyl. and i really thought it wasn't going to enough power for me, but thus far has been ok, with the minor exception it has a little engine noise when you start to accelerate. i test drove the Nissan Rogue before buying this car and felt like this had more power and was a lot wider, which was important to me because i wanted to downsize suv's but didn't want to feel like i was in a clown car! i would compare this to a Nissan Murano with a much smaller price tag and not quite as much engine. i also drove Honda pilots as LX pilots had a great lease deal, and fell in LOVE but found it was larger than i was looking for and didn't have as many options. the CR-V in my opinion was the perfect choice because inside and out is kind of like a scaled down pilot!

Pros: price, cargo and passenger space, safety features are amazing!
Cons: not available in V6 or manual

A Very Ugly Herse Which Gets Poor Fuel Economy.

Looks like a hearse. Very ugly. Handles like a boat. I have now driven a friends larger Acadia with has much better handling and performance. It also gets the same fuel economy, looks better outside and inside, has more room, and has a 3.6L DOHC and 6 speed auto which outperforms this Honda piecer in spades. This vehicle is an ugly deathmobile (hearse), gets poor fuel economy, and has bad performance. I cannot think of any pros.

Pros: None
Cons: Ugly, interior is cheap and scratches easily, poor fuel economy, bad acceleration, not nimble at all, handles like a boat.

Nothing to dislike so far at all. The car has all the features I wanted, nice roof rack that fits very well and a ride that is surprisingly smooth. Excellent acceleration for a in line 4 cyclinder. The brakes are responsive but don't grab in hard stops and it is very nibble. Couldn't ask for better quality in workmanship. Everything fits well, tight and is well styled. Love this car so far.

The car is very comfortable for city as well as highway driving. It is very sporty as well as luxurious and also has the capability to a little bit of off-roading. And rest is said by the tag name HONDA.

Pros: Its very stable on high speeds..
Cons: Cant do rough Off-roading

Previously owned 2001 SE CRV.  The 2009 XL model is greatly improved with a more quiet and smoother ride.  Interior/exterior quality is what sold me versus the other competitors in this class.  Gas mileage has also been improved over the 2001 model.  I love driving & owning this car and I'm glad I stayed with Honda.

Pros: interior/exterior quality, smooth, quiet ride.  Great sound system!
Cons: Bluetooth technology was not available ot standard on the XL model

Cute, Amazingly Safe, Fun to drive, Navi system is very cool,
much better than I've seen in much more expensive cars.  The
voice command on the navi is super cool.

The car handles so well.  You don't hear or feel the road or
anything outside while driving.

Overall, the best car I have owned.

Pros: Smooth Ride, Navigation system
Cons: Wish it was made in a hybrid model
