1998 Honda Civic Reviews
| “Smooth Car” it's spacious from inside, the interior is very beautiful and it always smells nice. it doesn't take too much gas plus it doesnt use much of it anyways. so in short it's not that expensive and economic. it's too much fun to drive that i usually create any excuse to drive it... u can feel it gliding on the roads. plus honda is very well known for its strong build and soft smooth gliding. u could convert it into a sports speeding car if u want.

everything

| “Shea's '98 Civic” Reviewing:
1998 Used Honda Civic 4 Dr LX Sedan
Well, the car was sold to me as a lemon. I found out, of course, after I drove it off the lot. I bought it for 17k with 30,000 miles on it. Which was a rip off b/c a month later I bought a 2000 Civic coupe with cd player and remote entry for the same price! After I took it to a mechanic, found it had over $2,500 worth of damage done to it. 3 years after purchasing this car is when the clutch kit finally gave up on me. I was surprised it lasted that long! I have only had to keep up with regular maintenance on this car. So, the rumors about Honda's are definitely true! Performance, not really a performance car. Just a 1.6L. Its GREAT on gas. At $2.71 a gallon right now, I just filled up my tank on $20. :D Its been a great car to me and has everything I need...for now. :)
Pros —
Honda reliability and great gas mileage!
Cons —
Outside apprearance is a little rough right now, lol.

| “Good Economical Car!” Reviewing:
1998 Used Honda Civic 4 Dr EX Sedan
It can be souped up in nearly a million ways! The car is extremely fun to drive, and is much better a Toyota Camry, or a Corolla. Also very good on gas! Several mods can be added to the car which will make the car look amazing. Not many cars can be modded as this one!
Pros —
Looks decent!
Cons —
Too slow!

1998 Used Honda Civic 2 Dr CX Hatchback
This car has realy good road behaviour. Sticks to the road BUT can't go over 200 kmh :( For a 1.4 stock engine with 90 Bhp I could say it's pretty quick on the start and it could "punish" cars with bigger engines.
Pros —
Low gas consumption , design , performance , stability etc..........
Cons —
It will never break down so it's forever yours to enjoy !

1998 Used Honda Civic 4 Dr LX Sedan
To start its got the fine Honda engineering that Should go into all premium automobiles. It's never let me down, I've only had to do the basics that you would with any other car but without any major problems. Bought it with 88k and now I got about 110k and still rolling strong. Not quite the horsepower of todays cars but how many of todays cars get over 35mpg in traffic day in and out?
Pros —
I get 35+mpg with over 90hp :o) and its not broke like your american pile
Cons —
you can time the 1/4 mile with a sundial and its not meant for offroad use

1998 Used Honda Civic 4 Dr LX Sedan
Although it doesn't score the best in performance and appearance, it's a very reliable car that I know will start every morning. It more than adequately serves its purpose as a cheap to own and drive car. It is light on the wallet at rare visits to the parts store as well as the gas pump. Though it does lack the performance I'm used to from my prior high horsepower cars, it'll still hug a turn like the best of them adding a little excitement to the drive.
Pros —
everything. Great gas mileage, smooth ride, full featured.
Cons —
if you're looking for power, you'll have to do some upgrades.

I like my car generally, im kinda over that tuner thing and and am looking for a 2005 Ford Escape XLT 4WD. Its a pretty solid car, havent done much repairs for 220k. Its kinda cheap to fix as well. Mine personally was pretty peppy for a 1.6L 4cyl. And the suspension design in it is amazing. Kinda small springs but the rears are really advanced for the cars price. I would highly recommend this car to any tuner or kid who needs or wants a first car, mine was a sedan. and it only let me down once when i got stuck in a foot of snow. But then again... it is a honda civic. :)
Pros —
Peppy, Very Solid Car, Good On Gas, Looks for Price, Handles amazing in snow with the ABS and TCS package.
Cons —
Cars are relatively expensive to buy, Everyone has one, Every honda WILL rust in the quarter panel after 3 years(1993-2000).

| “Best Car I Ever Had So Far! :)” Reviewing:
1998 Used Honda Civic 2 Dr CX Hatchback
Nothing to say about this marvel... Only negative thing is the front light casings seems to tarnish wish gives a crap car look and reduce lights effeciency at night... Other than that... You can load this car to the roof and even the roof itself and drive it for 4000 klicks and she well do a great job. Surname: Silverbullet
Pros —
Low maintenance and fuel effiecient!
Cons —
Not a sportcar... But can't be a racecar cheap on gas he... :)
