2000 Used Honda Insight 2 Dr STD Hatchback
Bought this car from a dealership (never again) for $6600. Drove it for 6 mos getting 75-80 mpg and sold it for $6750. Has all the upsides of a Honda, dependable, smart, smaill, fun to drive with a 5 speed, great mileage. But all the issues of a Hybrid.
Pros —
Handles like a go-kart
80mpg+ Good equipment (a/c, p/w, p/l, remote keyless) Dependable Rare You really do forget which side the gas cap is on
Cons —
Very lightweight in the wind
Has hybrid problems (batteries go bad- catalytic converter goes) that can be expensive to fix. You really do forget which side the gas cap is on |

I get around 65mpg on average. Its still fun and even a little sporty. Cute looks and easy maitenence
Pros —
Gas mileage, good looks, fun to drive
Cons —
Its only a 2 seater and storage is kind of limited, but not much more than any other small car
