It rides nice, has decent acceleration, well insulated from outside noise, good speaker system, heated seats and a moon roof.  The only thing I have found that I don't like is the gear box.  When shifting from reverse to first I sometimes hit 3rd because Reverse is to the left of 1st.  Other than that no complaints.

Pros: Sporty, quick, fun
Cons: gear box

Does exactly what I need it to do. Its a great starter car, for those who are new to purchasing vehicles. It is a cheaper vehicle...and the interior is outstanding. Everything on the inside of the car fits, nothing seems out of place. Well designed, great materials all around.

Pros: Lots of room inside
Cons: My hubcaps!

It has great acceleration and torque for the price
point.  It has a wonderful interior, though I would like
leather seats.  Love the interior lighting.  This car is a
lot of fun to drive, could get a little better gas mileage.

Pros: Best car for price in class.
Cons: I do have one small rattle... and the gas mileage could be better

This is best performing, safest and satisfying car I
have ever owned. The 170 hp is fantastic and I love the
torque. That straight 5 rocks, but it's thirsty at the
pump. Overall, a great car. VW does it again.

Pros: Performance, safety, and exhaust note
Cons: No arm rest and the placement of the audio aux in and the power supply for my ipod

Really like this car, you never have to worry about having
enough power going up hills or passing trucks because this
little bunny has a lot of kick. The only annoying thing I've
noticed is a bit of a delay from a full stop when you hit the
pedal. Build quality is solid, independent suspension is great,
you can really hug the corners. It's practical too with a lot of
space in the rear hatch. As everyone says, fuel economy could
be better but it's a trade-off between mileage and power.

Pros: Build quality, power
Cons: Acceleration lag

I am a believer in the quality of German engineering. The car came on a boat over to the USA from Germany. This car has everything I was looking for. Even better, the dealership didn't try to pull one over on me. The gas mileage is fantastic.

Pros: You don't see one on the road everyday
Cons: Nothing

Great little city car. Warms up really fast in the cold
Canadian winter!  Has enough get up and go for daily
driving, but certainly isn't a performance car.  Great on
gas - it takes regular. The back hatch requires a lot of
effort to close it properly - there's been several
occasions I've had to get back out to close it properly.

Pros: Good on gas, warms up fast in the winter
Cons: Trunk requires a lot of oomph to close

This precise German assemblage has been thoroughly
thought out. Very spacious interior. Super easy to park
with an outrageous turning radius. The engine is a
perky 2.5, which lets you shred when you feel like it.
My favorite thing: pressing the VW
emblem to open the trunk! My only regret is that the
Audi A3 seems so much more alluring: a Rabbit with
all-wheel drive and F1 racing clutch. Wish I could
afford it!

Pros: Everything
Cons: Wish I could afford an Audi A3!
