I love this car and it was so hard to find. I rated it ugly because it's not meant to be a pretty car but that's what I love about it.

It's reliable and the one time there was something wrong the little lights told me exactly what the trouble was.

It's fast too and I actually got a speeding ticket within the first month I got it.

It's also so roomy and perfect for camping or long trips. We always have a cooler packed with all our goodies for road trips and the adjusting seats mean you can load anything and everything.

The pictures and advertisements about this vehicle don't like and don't do it justice. It's like a cute lil pick-up with more room and a cover. It's also large enogh to be an SUV but compact enough to fit in any parking space. Everyone is always surprised at how roomy it is.

Pros — Roomy, Great Gas Mileage, Unique Look
Cons — I'm yet to find one thing wrong

Although a bit pricy off the lot, these vehicles were built for cruising the road! It handles like a dream! It seems velcro'ed to the road in the corners. The amount of leg room in this thing rivals the outdoors. With the built-in subwoofer and AUX input, you can cruise with your iPod from one coast to the other. On the autobahn, it handles very good! I was impressed with its reliability! At higher speeds you will notice some wind noise because of the clamshell doors, but its not that bad. The only thing that I would change is push button 4WD selector. The whole water proof interior is an especially nice addition. This car is just plain fun to drive! It has an awsome turning radius and I have had a number of comments on it by the local germans. They seem to just love the design!

Pros — Comfortable on or off road and leg room
Cons — Fuel capasity and wind noise.

Love the room in the car. It's a solid comfortable and safe car.

Gas mileage is average around 20 mph

The windshield has been the greatest problem. It's been changed 4xs. There was a lawsuit against Honda so now I have a windshield that doesn't break easily from rocks on the freeway. It does whistle and it's noisy in the car when on the freeway.

Pros — Roomy, comfortable
Cons — Windshields are weak, wind noise on the freeway

Has everything you want for the money, and it's rather comfortable.

Pros — AWD, gas is good, and it's easy to maintain with all plastic flooring.
Cons — The women won't even honk.

Although I was dissapointed because this car doesn't have many fancy features like my other cars, such as auto lights, etc, I do really like it. It is a nice ride, good gas mileage, and great acceleration from a four cylinder. I also LOVE the look.

Pros — Nice car overall
Cons — Not many features.

Great for pretty much anything, except high speeds. Easily cleaned (the inside is rubber) and mine switches automatically into AWD. Brilliant handling, comfortable, generous amount of space.

Pros — -washable interior
-both the back seats can be taken out (record amount packed in the back: 2 mountain bikes, three coolers, a tent, four camp chairs, clothes for two people for a week and a half)
-Relatively good gas milage
-Comforatable (I've slept in it more than once)
-excellent flat-ground turning radius
-Well-thought out wheel base
Cons — -Bad acceleration (0-60 in 17.1 seconds)
-Higher center of gravity (harder to turn when going fast down a curvy road)

Mine looks like the picture, only a little more worn in. Good for pretty much anything, especially camping and biking. I can take both the back seats out and fit three mountain bikes, two coolers, four chairs and a tent into it.

Pros — -washable (seriously, the inside's made of rubber)
-Comfortable (I've slept in it more than once)
-Efficient
-Good gas milage for an SUV (I think it gets 24MPG, correct me if I'm wrong)
Cons — -Bad acceleration. 0-70 in 16.6

Really an amazing car! My parent's bought me a used one and I absolutely love my car! He looks small on the outside, but that masks the MASSIVE interior! the front and rear seats fold down into two beds, and the rear seats can be placed against either side of the car for even MORE storage! This car is perfect for students going away to college or anyone who need a car that can haul a lot of stuff!

Downsides to the Element that I have is that the gas mileage sucks for city driving. The Element is much better suited for highway driving, not stop and go traffic. The sunroof is also placed awkwardly in the back of the car and is a manual pop open window, as are the two side windows.

Overall, I plan on buying another Element when this one dies. I love the way Honda makes cars, and I have no intention of straying.

Pros — Massive amounts of space, all weather interior, easy to clean, cheap to fill up for an SUV, great for long trips
Cons — Gas mileage for the city sucks, kinda hard to see the other cars beside you, sun roof is in an awkward place, side windows aren't automatics
