| “Respect The Van! Respect It!” Reviewing:
2004 Used Honda Odyssey EX
We bought it new at Koons Honda of Manassas in Manassas, VA when i was in ninth grade, and I describe it as the best damn car ever. It has every available option except the leather seats and navigation system. It is also a rare vehicle. Normally u had to get leather to get the DVD system, but in 2004, the last year for this body style, Honda made some with cloth seats, and we got one, silver with gray cloth. The DVD player no longer works, and is way too expensive to replace, so I just use my laptop. Since it is based on a car chassis and is lower to the ground than similar vehicles in its class, it handles like a dream and is incredibly agile. It has a powerful V6 under the hood that is fast while still managing to stay fuel efficient, all while taking regular fuel. The sliding doors can be annoying sometimes, but we love them most of the time. Everything with the exception of the DVD player is in perfect working order, and despite having high miles for a 2004 vehicle, it still runs and drives like new and requires absolutely no maintenance. If you are looking for a minivan, new or used, put the 1999-newer Honda Odyssey at the top of your list!
Pros —
240 horsepower V6 engine that gets up to 30 MPG on regular fuel! Fun to drive! Unmatched reliability, Lots of cupholders.
Cons —
DVD player no longers works and the cost of a new one is about $1,300, power sliding doors can stuck sometimes, and make an annoying as hell beeping noise if you open the door while the car is in drive, and it will not stop until it is put in park!

| “Nice Interior, Performace Could Be A Bit Better” This is actually my parents car, but since I live with them, I put it under Own. Anyway, I like the features in this car. It has the electric sliding doors, and rear temperature controls. It also has a screen with a VCR under the seat, but I think thats an after market thing. It has leather seats, and plenty of room in the trunk, since the trunk sits lower than the floor inside. The back seat folds into the trunk. Has plenty of room for feet.
Pros —
The electric sliding doors, temperature controls (front tells you what temperature you are setting in at and it will maintain that temperature), leather seats, trunk and folding back seat, the room inside.
Cons —
The car alarm (goes off if you try to open the door from the inside when its locked, and after you open the door with the key, it gives you a certain number of seconds before the alarm goes off), the acceleration (its a bit jerky, might be a problem with the gas pedal), if the car is in drive, the electric doors will not open.

Normally u had to get leather to get the DVD system, but in 2004, the last year for this body style, Honda made some with cloth seats, and we got one, silver with gray cloth, just like the stock photo.
Pros —
Very agile, gets up to 30 MPG, even in the city, takes regular fuel
Cons —
My mom hogs it, DVD player works only when it feels like it lately.
