| “Great Car” Reviewing:
1999 Used Ford Contour SVT 4 Dr STD Sedan
I loved this car. However, I needed a 4x4 to cross mountains in Oregon and Idaho. Easy ingress/egress, large trunk, fit 4 people easily and was a blast to drive. SVT package (increased HP, better suspension, interior, body kit, brakes) made this contour a fun drive. Ford mechanical issues made this car questionable.

The definition of a sports sedan. Big performance out of a little car. No aftermarket tuning

Ground effects vulnerable to high curbs, audio system isn't exactly Bose

This is a good car for the value of it. almost 10 years old and still worth the value of it.

1999 Used Ford Contour SVT 4 Dr STD Sedan
Very few were ever made but if you ever owned or drove one you loved it. SVT took a contour and made something out of it. 2.5L DOHC 24V motor is amazing. suspension is amazing holding through corners, stock tires are BFGoodrich G-force T/A which stick like your shoes to the theater floor.
Pros —
175,000miles! 4 doors, 5spd (on track, highway), rare, strong motor, SVT, turbo upgrades! :)
Cons —
5spd(traffic!!!), NA, FWD, heavy
