2000 Used Ford Explorer XLT
I like it but would like a newer one with more safety features. Maybe better gas mileage. Handles like a Ranger but I guess that's because it is built on the same frame. Love how high it sits so I can see everything around me. Hope I can trade soon for same but newer!

| “Decent Truck For The Money...” I have owned this vehicle for about 4 years and have put on about 50,000 miles and I have to say that it has been pretty worry free. Good in the snow and it's nice to be up off the ground a little. It gets a little cramped sometimes because of how tall I am, but overall a good vehicle.
Pros —
Versatility of the midsize SUV is great.
Cons —
Would be nice to get at least 20 mpg on the highway with a V6.

2000 Used Ford Explorer 2 Dr Sport
This car is perfect for me! I'm an all around versatile guy who does a little bit of everything. this vehicle performs wonderfully whether i'm hauling my guitar equipment around or pulling a fishing boat. on it's own, it has great power for a 4000lb SUV, 0-60 in around 8 seconds. the suspension is a little loose but i lowered mine a few inches, with no cost for parts, and now it handles great, although the ride is slightly rougher. had the vehicle for 2 years with no major problems, this SUV is the PERFECT balance between Sporty and Utility, getting the best of both worlds. it's very fun to drive and the interior has everything i could ever need.

2000 Used Ford Explorer XLT 4WD
The only thing I hate is gas mileage ! I race it from time to time .I've win many times . I've got hit and had no damage to my ride.I paid $12,000 cash . It had 24,000 miles when I got it and now it has 105,900 miles. Smooth ride but does have high roll over risk. Not something for a first time buyer !

It's fast, runs like new,looks hot !

2000 Used Ford Explorer Limited 4WD
and its been one of the best cars we have ever owned. Very few mechanical problems at 140,000 miles. 4wd is fun in the winter, lots of cargo space, good towing capacity with trailer package. We have the limited trim line with 4.0 L V6, part time automatic 4wd, 5 speed automatic transmission, trailer package.

Tons of cargo space, reliable, practical
