 The R/T 5.9 is an outstanding vehicle. More power than it needs. The factory exhuast system sounds great. I replaced the sound system and added a pair of subs. replaced the rims for chrome OEM's. Repairsand upgrades are easy to do. Great for long trips. I love driving this suv!

Pros:
The way it looks; it's a great fit for me, not too big, but big enough; great towing and off road capabilities
Cons:
Fuel economy is horrible with full-time 4WD

powerful to be a suv.wish i had bigger tires!!handling is very good.gas mileage is not really that bad unless you get into it. overall, it is fun to drive.i love the leather seats and the rear air and the fact that is has the third row seat.

Great power. LOVE the V8 motor in it. It's a bit of a gas hog, but it's not that bad for the size. Great acceleration, easy and fun to beat the sport cars with. A few issues, but otherwise a great vehicle.
Pros:
good looks, great power
Cons:
mpg, shocks on the hatch go out fast, expensive aftermarket parts

eh i mean it was a nice car when it was brand new in 2000 but its really crappy quality and alot of things have gone wrong with this car. on the upside it will fly when you floor it

This was my first vehicle when i got my license. The power that the 360 put out was unbelieveable, all the torque was there. Never died on me, the worst that happened was i blew a spark plug while muddin but it still ran. The only thing i hated was fillin up at the pump, 80 bucks to fill this sucker

I am typically a sports car fanatic, however, having additions to my family I knew I needed something bigger. I have always liked the dodge durango, so I decided to try out several models. I was not so impressed with the 2007/08 models, so I decided to look at an older model. I tried to 98 model, it was a litle out of date, but I loved the performance, so I chose the 00 model. I love it! beautiful truck!. Even though the gas mileage is not so good around the ciity, it does however get good highway mileage. I have driven my truck to Florida and myrtle beach several times. This truck is a winner
