| “Heavy Chevy” I love this truck.looks good its clean.stock it handles well drives great.really good gas mileage easy to work on. Xlent project truck to slam.regular maintenance no major work.original paint.stock 4.3 works okay,when new. interior was plain but power stuff is for girls.Very fun to drive.step sides really look custom when lowered.

| “88 Chev Truck” i bought this after my car, for 1200.00.its got a 305 V8 in it. i ended up putting new prime well muddin tires on it, pulling the tranny and replacing the front and rear seals, put new u joints on the drive shaft, new shocks all way round, put neons on it, and a sound system with 2 10" subs in it. it sucks gas and hauls ass! oh and it has an 800.00 borla exhaust system on it, manifold back system. sounds nicee :)

| “Good Solid Truck” 405000km and not a rattle or squeek anywhere. First 19 yeasr this truck belonged to a constuction company and had a plow on it. Lack of TLC but a testament to Chevy's build quality.

| “Reliable Old Truck.” Ummm....it's a truck. I do truck stuff with it. I've hauled junk, pulled people, off-roaded it, but it's never been stuck. Mostly 'cause I've never done anything in it stupid enough to get stuck.
Pros —
This truck has simply been a good, reliable truck. It's not fancy but it's good for what I need it for.
Cons —
Gas mileage sucks. Other minor problems as well. But mainly, gas mileage. If gas didn't cost 3.50 a gallon it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

| “Good Lookin” It has been wrecked before I got it. Since they fixed it up it handled good, had tons of power for a 305 and ran good.

Looked good, almost everything was new, heavier than normal suspension
