| “It's A Convertible And.......” Reviewing:
1999 Used Chrysler Sebring 2 Dr JXi Convertible
This car lives on its convertible gimmick. Other than being a fairly affordable convertible this little else to add. Oh it's reliable and the maitenance costs are fairly low and it has a nice sound system but besides that its disappointing. The engine lacks power especially throughout the mid and high range of the tachometer. Handling is numb at best with no real road feel transmitted. The car suffers over moderate bumps and in potholes as the convertible top is far from rigid. The automatic transmission is slow with slow downshifts and even later upshifts. Fuel economy, particularily in stop and go driving, is not impressive with little in the way of performance to show for it. Its styling is bland lacking any distinctive trademark or feature. Not a driver's car.

Automatic convertible top, stereo with 6- disc changer, leather seats
Cons —
Lack of power, novocaine injected handling, poor fuel economy

Was very glad to be rid of this car - looked nice but very unreliable and lacked power.
Pros —
Looked nice - low profile to the ground was cool
Cons —
Developed lots of problems as time passed - performance did not match looks.

It is a very reliable, nice car. If i get in any accidents its not that big a deal.

1999 Used Chrysler Sebring 2 Dr JXi Convertible
I really enjoy this car. I have fun during the summer, and it getes aroung well in the snow with the track assist. I really don't have much to complain about.
Pros —
It's a fun car to drive.
Cons —
It does leak when I go thru a car wash.

| “How Easy To Clean White Side Walls & Raised Lettering” Reviewing:
1999 Used Chrysler Sebring 2 Dr JX Convertible
Recently I was cleaning the inside of my cup from a brown stain left my cold coffee. I use a Mr. Clean eraser, the one they advertise for finger prints etc. Had a idea and went out side to clean one of my classics white walls and it cleaned up with a simple rum of the wet eraser, normally I spend a lot of time wet sanding the wide whites. Then I went to the raised lettering on my daily driver, fronts the worst, simple rub with the ereaser and a wipe with a dry rag made them better then the first day a owned them, this just a hint and makes life a little easier. |
