2002 Ford Ranger Reviews
| “Great Pickup Truck” Reviewing:
2002 Used Ford Ranger 4 Dr Edge 4WD Extended Cab SB
I have not owned this truck for very long, so I have not tried out the 4-wheel drive yet. Overall, I have only put about 3,000 miles on this truck, and most have been city. The sport side bed looks good. Love the handy extended cab doors. Like the rubber floormats.
Pros —
Good Height and Engine
Cons —
Could Get Better Mileage for It's Size

2002 Used Ford Ranger 4 Dr Edge 4WD Extended Cab SB
I got this truck in the middle of September right before a very nasty winter. Even not really having felt out my truck's performance, we had a massive ice storm that coated the entire county in over 3 inches of ice, as well as a great deal of snow. This truck took it all in stride. It ran extremely well in the snow and had a strong grip on the ice. Now that spring has come around, the time for muddin' has come. Even without dedicated mudders this truck is a real champ on the trails.
Pros —
20+ mpgs on the highway, a real sleeper on the street or trail
Cons —
20+ mpgs and not the best ride for a truck

| “Good Work Truck With Good Gas Mileage” Reviewing:
2002 Used Ford Ranger 4 Dr XLT FX4 4WD Extended Cab SB
Good for working in, easy to clean interior with cloth seats and plain apholstery, so you don't have to worry about ruining the look. Exterior is easy to straight and clean looking. Looks really good with a coat of dirt over it. Stiffened suspension for better offroading.
Pros —
full size bed, 4 door, 4WD, jump seats, durable
Cons —
small cab, handling takes some getting used to,
