1989 Mercury Grand Marquis Reviews
| “An Oldie But A Goodie”
Pros: spacious and luxurious couch-like seats; p-windows, locks, drivers seat; smooth and quiet ride, even at 100 mph all you hear is the wind; good torque, start accelleration, and towing capacity.

Cons —
gas mileage not too great, low power for engine size and not very fast (only 105 mph), towards the last fey years had lots of little problems, including breaking of window motor, door handle, break cylinder, starter, heater core, teeth on flywheel, and engine overheating. Luckily no tranny problems, even at 165k miles.

| “5500 Lbs. Of Steel.” A 302 V8 with rear wheel drive, and no weight in the back. i cut this thing loose all the time, hella fun. And then if you're dumb and you crash it doesn't really matter since you weigh more than most trucks and made out of steel, the other person is gonna lose this battle. Plus it was the nicest ride I've ever owned, real smooth. Oh, and if it did break, which I think is impossible since I hot rodded it everywhere for over ten thousand miles when I owned it and never had a problem, the parts are cheap and its easy to fix.
Pros —
rear wheel drive
nice ride American steel huge
Cons —
gas
huge heavy
