1996 Renault Megane Reviews

Generally not a bad car at all... Build quality is OK, but no more, just had to have new brakes all round (ouch!) acceleration is good, braking is good. Exterior is much nicer than later models, interior is passable, but has too many silly small storage spaces! Cost wise, for a cir it's age, fuel economy pretty good, usually get ~32-33 mpg. Maintenance costs are highish, but not rediculous. Car is fun to drive, but not as fun as the '91 golf I had before it!
