2002 Fiat Punto Reviews

I owned a Punto 60HP for a little over a year, and used it mainly for driving around in the city. A purpose which it served well. However, there was a lot of problems with the electrical systems in the car, and it had problems with corrosion in the engine compartment and front wheel suspension. It also sucked at driving on the freeway at 130km, which is the limit here. It just didnt have the power for it, and you could only overtake other cars, if you were driving down hill. The gas consumption went up like crazy too, if you took it out on the freeway.

It isn't the highest quality but for the price ist's perfect. Not so fast (max 160 km/h) but 1.2 litle motor it's great. It really fun to drive ana i feel much comforable inside althou it's small class B car. I just love it.

- Performance - since it is diesel without turbine, acceleration and speed are terrible
- Build quality - It is OK, expected for its price range
- Appearance - After few mods that I've been done, it is adorable now
- Fun factor - It is fun to drive it across the city, but would be even more fun with more horse power

i only had the 1.2 8v, was very slow!
but looked nice enough :)
very reliable for a fiat too!
