Classy! this car is great for everyday stuff!

96 RL I own one.  It only has 125,000 miles on it.  Good strong car.  I have had problems though.  AC evap coil, radiator, and now a shimmy at 50 mph.  Probably needs new axles.  It is a pleasurable car to drive. Despite all this.  Oh yeah, stripped oil pan plug.  Had to have helicoil put in.

Epic.... I ought my '96 RL one year ago and it had 352000 km on it, and I put on about 40000 on it
in a year mostly because I LOVED driving it.  It most definatly did not show it s age.  I didn't
have to do any major work to it.  Overall, it was a smooth drive, very comfortable inside, very
classy timeless look inside and out, recomended for any driver who loves driving.  My only
complaint about the car was the mileage was just fair, however it was a 10 yr old car with
almost 400000 kms on it.  If your looking to buy one, don't hesitate.

1996 Used Acura RL 4 Dr 3.5 Sedan: 229k and counting I bought my '96 RL used in 2000 with 48k on it.  I now have 229k and it is still going strong.  Best car I have ever had.  I've done mostly the usual repairs (tires, brakes, coil packs, etc.).  It is expensive to insure and the parts are expensive but it has been great.  Not the most powerful car (v6, 220 HP) but it cruises the highway effortlessly at 80 MPH and the acceleration from 40 to 80 is fine...
