2003 Acura MDX Reviews
“Acura Does Not Stand Behind Their Product”
I have very low mileage on my car (37,000 miles in 5 years), but I have to completely replace my engine now.
Head gasket blew at 37,000 miles.
Acura has not stood behind their vehicle. The dealer lied to us when we took it in for the blown head gasket, and Acura corporate customer service has not made things right. I am very disappointed in Acura, since a major reason for purchasing this vehicle was the excellent reliability and customer service that Acura is SUPPOSED TO provide (but didn't here)
Sub par cd player, and you cannot put an aftermarket cd player into this year's model. You can't play burned disks in the cd player without messing it up, and you may have to replace the whole stereo if you do (as I had to).
Acura claims that the entire US is "extreme driving conditions" and so will not cover things if you did service check-up as recommended under the "routine" schedule recommended in their service manual
“What A Great Driving Vehicle!”
I really liked the wood grain, bose stereo system and the way it handled. i liked the fact that while I was driving in city traffic I heard no road or wind noise. I will probably buy this vehicle.
